To schedule an appointment:

Please call Donna Callender, Office Manager (702-876-1977) to receive information on fees and scheduling.  Donna will gather information from you regarding the person to be tested (age, presenting problems, etc.) and mail out a packet of information and clinical questionnaires for you to complete. We ask that you return the completed packet to us as soon as possible so that you will be able to be scheduled into the earliest available appointment that suits your schedule. Dr. Etcoff will review this information before your appointment.

On the day of the appointment:

Dr. Etcoff will interview the parents of the child being evaluated, or the spouse / parent / significant other of the adult being evaluated. At this time, one of his assistants (see below) will begin testing with the examinee. Dr. Etcoff will also administer tests and interview each examinee. After the testing is completed, Dr. Etcoff will explain the evaluation findings to the parents of the child or to the adult examinee and their significant other(s). Dr. Etcoff will then dictate a report which you will receive in five to ten working days following your appointment.

Dr. Etcoff employs, trains, and supervises individuals who have advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology (M.A., Ph.D.), who may help review records, interview, test, or dictate portions of the report. Additionally, Dr. Etcoff is an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Psychology in the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Psychology department. He supervises advanced doctoral students from UNLV, who regularly perform interviews and administer a variety of psychological and neuropsychological tests under his direct supervision in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS 641.168, Psychological Unlicensed Personnel). Each of these individuals is subject to the same ethical guidelines as is Dr. Etcoff, and they conduct themselves with professionalism and treat all clients with respect.
